Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and print production.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or fulfillment issues. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

All designs, artwork, copy, and digital products sold on this site are the intellectual property of The Spoken Piece. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use our designs commercially without written permission. Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

The Spoken Piece is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
